Parent App Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) Guide

MFA Quick Access Guide

1. Head to https://id.spcc.nsw.edu.au/

 

2. Enter Username and Password

3. Once signed in, you will see your account details 

4. Go to “Other Multi-factor Methods” 

5. If you choose Mobile Phone Setup 

a. Add the phone number to be used for the authentication process 
b. You will be asked to verify the number

 6. If you choose Authenticator App setup 

  1. Scan the QR code 
  2. Verify the with the codeÂ
