BUILDING DREAMS FUNDRAISER
What a wonderful evening we had for, our very first Building Dreams Fundraiser event.
Something adorable initiated this event. When one of our Junior School students wins a gold award they get to have tea with our Principal, Mr Martin Telfer, which is a delight for them. Marty often asks his guest students ‘What changes would you like to see in the college?’ Some of the most recent responses have included a skate park, an equestrian estate and a swimming pool. One request, which seemed a little more achievable, was an upgrade to our Junior School and Gilibaa play equipment, which resulted in this wonderful event. We are so grateful to those who attended and very appreciative of our sponsors who generously contributed donations and auction prizes. The food was delicious, our SPCC College band was outstanding, and it was an opportunity to not only ‘Build Dreams’ but to ‘Build Community’.
