Celebrating Excellence at SPCC Cessnock - FIRST IN COURSE
We are incredibly proud to announce that Josephine (Josie) Galcsik from SPCC Cessnock has achieved First in Course for the Primary Industries Examination in the 2024 HSC. This exceptional honour recognises her hard work, dedication, and commitment to excellence in this specialised field.
The First in Course list celebrates students who achieved first place in an HSC course or optional examination and also attained a result in the highest band possible. Being on this list is an extraordinary accomplishment, placing Josie among the best in New South Wales.
Josie was honoured at the prestigious HSC 2024 First in Course Awards Ceremony held on 17th November at the Sir John Clancy Auditorium, UNSW. This annual event, presented by the Deputy Premier and Minister for Education, the Hon. Prue Car, MP, celebrates the outstanding achievements of HSC students across the state.
Josie is an inspiration to our school community ad we are extremely proud of her.
